Trade Show Booth ImageThe Trade Show component of the Conference has been designed to provide Exhibitors with maximum exposure to Conference delegates, giving you the best return on your investment.

 

 

Single Trade Show Space - 3.0 m x 2.0m -

 

Member Rate: $2500 (Incl. GST)

Non Member Rate: $2800 (Incl. GST)


Your Trade Show package will include:

 

  • - One (1) single sized exhibition booth 3m x 2m space
  • - Two (2) spotlights and one (1) powerpoint
  • - Company name on fascia board
  • - One (1) complimentary two day delegate registration. This includes access to all sessions, catering (Morning/Afternoon Teas and Lunch) on all days of the Conference for one person and entry into the Welcom Cocktail Reception
  • - Organisation contact details listed in the Conference Delegate Workbook
  • - A full delegate listing at the conclusion of the Conference (only delegates who wish to have their details shared)

 

 

Floor Space Only

 

    Member Rate: $330 per square metre (Incl. GST)

    Non Member Rate: $385 per square metre (Incl. GST)

     

  • A minimum of 6 x 2 metres of floor space must be pruchased. Floor space exhibits are not available for 3 x 2 metre booths.
  • Any available spaces can be combined to make up a floor space only exhibit e.g. three 3 x 2 metre booths can be combined to make a 9 x 2 exhibition space.
  • Power and lighting are not included
