Who is organising the Conference?
The Stormwater Industry Association (SIA) is the convenor of the STORMWATER 2012 Conference. Further information on the Stormwater Industry Association can be obtained by visiting www.stormwater.asn.au
GEMS Event Management are Professional Conference Organisers who have been engaged to assist in the management of the STORMWATER 2012 Conference. Who should attend the Conference?
The STORMWATER 2012 Conference Program has been designed for the following stormwater and urban water management professionals:
- All levels of government, with interests in environmental management, planning, construction, education, community services, engineering and research
- Civil and consulting engineers
- Surveyors and urban planners
- Civil construction contractors
- Universities and research institutions
- Service industries to the stormwater and water quality industry
- Manufacturers
What are the Conference dates?
The Conference will be held from Monday 15th to Friday 19th October 2012.
How much does it cost to attend?
Full details of the Early Bird and Post Early Bird delegates fees are available on the 'Registation Fees' page of this website. Early bird registration will close on the 31st July.
Can I share my full Conference registration with another person?
Splitting of full conference registrations is not allowed under any circumstances. Delegates who only wish to attend one day of the conference must register as day delegates.
Can I just attend one session on one day of the conference?
No. The minimum registration for the conference is a Day Delegate Registration Package which covers one full day's conference attendance. Delegates cannot registration to attend a single session or a half day session.
All cancellations must be advised to GEMS in writing (either by fax or email) before the cancellation can be processed. Registrations can be cancelled up to the Conference Cancellation Date of 15th September 2012 and will be refunded less an administration fee of $150. Registrations cancelled after the cut off date are fully payable.
If I need to cancel my registration after the cancellation date, can another person from my organisation attend in my place?
Yes. Such changes must be advised to GEMS in writing (either by fax or email) by no later than 5 working days prior to the commencement of the Conference.
