This Conference will attract the very best stormwater professionals from across Australia and will include a range of keynote presentations, technical papers, pre conference workshops, field trips and networking opportunities that will help all stormwater professionals keep on top of this rapidly evolving industry.

This conference has evolved into the major stormwater event held annually in Australia. We would like to invite your organisation to participate as a sponsor or exhibitor at the premier stormwater management event to be held in Australasia during 2010.

Trade Exhibition Participation

Two exhibition options are available for STORMWATER 2010:

Option 1 Floor Space Only

For those companies who want to be more creative in the design of their booth and do not require a shell scheme (walls, fascia etc) you are able to book floor space only in the exhibition area. Floor space rates are:

• SIA Member Rate: $250 per metre2 (GST included) Minimum 6 x 2 metres
• Non Member Rate: $280 per metre2 (GST included) Minimum 6 x 2 metres

Please note:

• A minimum of 6 x 2 metres of floor space must be purchased. Floor space only exhibits are not available for 3 x 2 booths. Any available spaces can be combined to make up a floor space only exhibit e.g. three 3 x 3 booths can be combined to make a 9 x 2 exhibition space.
• Power and lighting are not included for floor space only booths and are subject to additional charges.

Option 2 Shell Scheme Exhibition Booth

Exhibition Booth Rates are:

• SIA Member Rate: $2,100 per 3 x 2 metre booth (GST included)
• Non Member Rate: $2,400 per 3 x 2 metre booth (GST included)

Your Exhibition Booth will include:

• 3.0m x 2.0m of floor space (6.0m²)
• Velcro compatible black side and rear walls 2.4 m high
• Fascia board bearing your company name (up to 30 letters)
• 2 x 120 watt lights per stand
• 1 x single power point per stand
• For those exhibitors who require larger stands, available spaces can be combined to make up a larger shell scheme booth e.g. two 3 x2 booths can be combined to make a 6 x 2 exhibition booth.

All Exhibitors at STORMWATER 2010 receive:

• Carpeted Floor Space
• 1 x Conference satchel which includes all Conference documentation and materials
• Name and organisation listed in the Conference Proceedings
• Overnight cleaning and security of trade exhibition area
