Conference Opening and Closing Times
Monday 5th September: Registration Open from 8.00 am until 5.00 pm
Tuesday, 6th September: Registration open from 8.00 am to 5.00 pm
Wednesday, 7th September: Registration open from 7.45 am to 5.30 pm
Thursday, 8th September: Registration open from 8.15 am to 5.30 pm
Friday, 9th September: Tour departs Cypress Lakes at 9.00 am and returns at 4.00 pm
Cancellation
Cancellations received in writing by the Conference Organisers by Friday, 5th August 2011 will be accepted and all fees refunded less an AUD$115 administration fee.
Cancellations received after this date cannot be accepted and will not be refunded; however, transfer of your registration to another person is acceptable. The full name and address details of the new delegate must be advised in writing to the Conference Organisers prior to the Conference. No refunds will be made for non-attendance at the conference.

If you require disability specific facilities, please notify the organisers by indicating your requirements on the registration form.

In the event of industrial disruptions, GEMS Pty Limited cannot be held responsible for any losses incurred by delegates. The program is correct at the time of printing, but the organisers reserve the right to alter the programme as is deemed necessary.
Liability
The Stormwater Industry Association of New South Wales or GEMS Pty Limited shall not be held liable for personal accidents or losses or damage to private property of registered delegates of the Meeting. Delegates should make their own arrangements with respect to personal insurance.

Who is organising the Conference?

GEMS Event Management are Conference Organisers who have been engaged to assist in the management of the 2011 Stormwater NSW Conference. The 2011 Stormwater NSW Conference Program has been designed for the following stormwater professionals:

- Universities and research institutions Service industries to the environment, stormwater and the water quality industry
What are the conference dates?
The Conference will be held on the 7th and 8th September 2011. Pre Conference workshops will be held on the 5th and 6th September and a Technical Tour will be held on the 9th September. The event will be held at Cypress Lakes Resort, Hunter Valley, NSW. The Conference Welcome Reception will be held on the evening of Tuesday, 6th September, 2011 and the Conference Dinner will be held on the evenign of Wednesday, 7th September 2011.
How much does it cost to attend?

Can I share my full Conference registration with another person?
Splitting of full conference registrations is not allowed under any circumstances. Delegates who only wish to attend one day of the conference must register as day delegates.
Can I just attend one session on one day of the conference?
No. The minimum registration for the conference is a Day Delegate Registration Package which covers one full day's conference attendance. Delegates cannot registration to attend a single session or a half day session.
Can I cancel my registration?
All cancellations must be advised to GEMS in writing (either by fax or email) before the cancellation can be processed. Registrations can be cancelled up to the Conference Cancellation Date of Friday, 5th August, 2011 and will be refunded less an administration fee of $115. Registrations cancelled after the cut off date are fully payable.
If I need to cancel my registration after the cancellation date, can another person from my organisation attend in my place?
Yes. Such changes must be advised to GEMS in writing (either by fax or email) by no later than 5 working days prior to the commencement of the Conference.
