Who is organising the conference?

The International Erosion Control Association (IECA) is the convenor of the 2011 Conference. Further information on the IECA can be obtained by visiting www.austieca.com.au

GEMS Event Management are Professional Conference Organisers who have been engaged to assist in the management of the 2011 IECA Mining Rehabilitation Conference. GEMS are members of Meetings and Events Australia and the Professional Conference Organisers Association. Further information on our company is available at www.gemsevents.com.au

The 2011 IECA Mining Rehabilitation Conference Program has been designed for the following mining industry professionals:

What are the conference dates?

The 2011 Conference will be held on Monday, 20th - Thursday, 23rd June at Cypress Lakes Resort in the Hunter Valley, NSW.

How much does it cost to attend?

Can I share my full Conference registration with another person?

Splitting of full conference registrations is not allowed under any circumstances. Delegates who only wish to attend one day of the conference must register as a day delegate.

Can I just attend one session on one day of the conference?

No. The minimum registration for the Conference is a Day Delegate Registration which covers one full day's Conference attendance. Delegates cannot register to attend a single session.

Can I cancel my registration?

All cancellations must be advised to GEMS in writing (either by fax or email) before the cancellation can be processed. Registrations can be cancelled up to the Conference Cancellation Deadline of Friday, 20th May 2011 and will be refunded less an administration fee of $110. Registrations cancelled after the deadline date are not refundable.

If I need to cancel my registration after the cancellation deadline, can another person from my organisation attend in my place?

Yes. Such changes must be advised to GEMS in writing (either by fax or email) by no later than 5 working days prior to the commencement of the Conference.

Do we have a discount of groups for more than one person?

Group discounts for multiple Conference registrations are not available.
