Conference Opening and Closing Times

 

Please visit the Conference Program page to obtain details of the opening and closing times on each day of the conference.

 

 

Registration Times

 

The Registration Desk will be situated at the northern end of the Dockside Venue. The conference registration desk will be open for the duration of the Conference, however we ask that delegates register as soon as they arrive in the morning. Please see below for daily registration times:

Registration Opens at 8.00 am and closes at 6.00 pm

 

Friday, 20th July 2012

 

Registration Opens at 8.00 am and closes at 6.00 pm

 

Saturday, 21st July 2012

 

Registration Opens at 8.00 am and closes at 4.00 pm

 

 

Dietary Requirements

 

If you have special dietary requirements, you can provide this information on the online conference registration page or by contacting GEMS on +61 2 9744 5252. Please note that the dietary requirement field should only be used by those individuals that are allergic to a particular food or additive or have specific dietary requirements e.g. vegetarian, vegan etc.

 

 

Disabled Facilities

Cancellations

 

Cancellations received in writing by the Conference Organisers by Monday, 4th June 2012 will be accepted and all fees refunded less an AUD$110 administration fee.

 

Cancellations received after this date cannot be accepted and will not be refunded; however, transfer of your registration to another person is acceptable. The full name and address details of the new delegate must be advised in writing to the Conference Organisers prior to the Conference. No refunds will be made for non-attendance at the conference.

 

 

Disclaimer

 

In the event of industrial disruptions, GEMS Pty Limited cannot be held responsible for any losses incurred by delegates. The program is correct at the time of printing, but the organisers reserve the right to alter the programme as is deemed necessary.

 

 

Liability

 

The Australian Psychoanalytical Society, the NSW Institute of Psychoanalytic Psychotherapy, the Institute for Child and Adolescent Psychoanalytic Psychotherapy and the Institute for Couple and Family Therapy or GEMS Pty Limited shall not be held liable for personal accidents or losses or damage to private property of registered delegates of the Meeting. Delegates should make their own arrangements with respect to personal insurance.
