General Information

 

 

Conference Opening & Closing Times

 

Monday 17th September, 2012 - 9:00am to 5:00pm

Tuesday 18th September, 2012 - 9:00am to 5:00pm

Wednesday 19th September, 2012 - 9:00am to 5:00pm

 

 

Registration Times

The registration desk will be situated outside of the main conference room at the Venue. The Conference registration desk will be open for the duration of the Conference, however we ask that delegates register as soon as they arrive in the morning.

 

 

Dietary Requirements

 

If you have special dietary requirements, you can provide this information on the delegate registration form. Please note that the dietary requirement field should only be used by those individuals that are allergic to a particular food or additive. This field is not to be used for food and beverage preferences i.e low fat, no grilled food or otherwise.

 

 

Disabled Facilities

 

If you require disability specific facilities, please notify the organisers by indicating your requirements on the registration form.

 

 

Payments and Forms of Payment

A tax invoice will be forwarded upon receipt of registration. All cheques are to be made payable to GEMS Pty Ltd and forwarded to GEMS Pty Limited, PO Box 1221 , BURWOOD NSW, 1805 within 30 days receipt of invoice. Payment for registration will be accepted by personal cheque, company cheque, VISA, Mastercard and AMEX. For direct debit details, please refer to your invoice once received. Please note all credit card payments will incur a 2.5% processing fee.

 

 

Cancellations

All cancellations must be advised to GEMS in writing (either by fax or email) before the cancellation can be processed. Registrations can be cancelled up to the Conference cancellation date of one month prior to the Conference and will be refunded less an administration fee of $115.


Registrations cancelled after the cut off date are not refundable, however, transfer of your registration to another person is acceptable. The full name and address details of the new delegate must be advised in writing to the Conference Organisers at least 5 working days prior to the Conference. No refunds will be made for non-attendance at the conference.

 

 

Liability

The Australian Special Education Principals' Association (ASEPA), Special Education Principals' Association New Zealand (SEPANZ) and/or GEMS Pty Limited shall not be held liable for personal accidents or losses or damage to private property of registered delegates of the Conference. Delegates should make their own arrangements with respect to personal insurance.
