Information for Presenters
Thank you to all of our presenters involved in the upcoming 2012 AASE/TPA Conference.
To assist you before and after you arrive at the Conference, we would like to advise all presenters of the following important information:

| All presenter are required to arrive at least 30 minutes prior to their presentation | ||
| If you have not already done so, please send a brief biography of 150 words to Tony Thomas at tony.thomas@bigpond.com by no later than Friday, 20th April 2012 | ||
All PowerPoint Presentations are to be sent to Tony Thomas at tony.thomas@bigpond.com by no later than 4pm Wednesday, 18th June, 2012. Please note: presenters should bring a back up presentation on a USB drive or CD on the day of their presentation.

| Registration | ||
Two Day Conference, Thursday 12th and Friday 13th July, 2012 |
||
On Day 1 of the Conference (Thursday, 12th July) all attending delegates can register from 8.00am at the Registration Desk located in the near the Trade Exhibition at the Hotel Grand Chancellor, Hobart, Tasmania. The Conference will commence at 9.00am therefore we strongly recommend that you arrive by no later than 8.30 am to give yourself enough time to pick up your registration pack, minlke and grab a cup of coffee or tea.
On Day Two (Friday 13th, July) the registration desk will be open from 8.15am.

| Accommodation | ||
If you have booked accommodation through GEMS Event Management at the Hotel Grand Chancellor, you will receive your itinerary approximately one week prior to the Conference. |
||
Breakfast, all accommodation booked through GEMS Event Management include a full buffet breakfast |
||
Check-in and out Times, Delegates can check-in to their accommodation from 2.00pm on the arrival date and must check-out no later than 11am on the date of departure |
||
Storage of Luggage, if you need to store your luggage prior to the check-in time or while you attend the Conference, you can leave you luggage with concierge, located in the Hotel Lobby

| Conference Dinner | ||
The 2012 Conference Dinner will be held in the amazing Grand Ballroom at the Grand Chancellor Hotel on the evening of Thursday 12th July. If you would like to attend the Conference Dinner and have not yet purchased your ticket, please email Shaleen Siwan at pfreeman@gemspl.com.au or contact GEMS on (02) 9744 5252 as tickets are limited.
