Discounted accommodation rates have been negotiated with the Crowne Plaza Darwin and the Holiday Inn Esplanade Darwin.

To take advantage of these rates delegates must book their accommodation through the online conference registration form. Click on the 'Register Online' tab.

Please Note: Credit card details must be provided at the time of booking for Hotel authorisation purposes only. All accounts must be settled on check out. The provide credit card information will only incur a charge in the instance of a no-show or if the guests room account is not settled on check out.

Holiday Inn Esplanade Darwin

Crowne Plaza Darwin

Single Room including one (1) breakfast - $309 - SOLD OUT
Double/Twin Room including two (2) breakfasts - $329 - SOLD OUT

• Additional Breakfast will be $20.00 per person.
• Triple rooms (3 adults) will incur an extra $65 charge per night excluding breakfast.
• Children staying under the age of 19 using existing bedding do not incur any extra charge.
• The maximum occupancy for any room is 3 adults.
• Please note, these rates may be extended pre and post the dates above at the discretion of the hotel and subject to availability only.

Cancellation Terms and Conditions

• Any cancellation of the accommodation block by the guest made between 61 and 31 days (inclusive) prior to the Commencement Date shall entail payment of compensation of one night's accommodation.

• Any cancellation of accommodation made between 30 days (inclusive) and the guest's arrival, shall entail payment of compensation of 100% of the cost of cancelled services. This includes rooms booked for the pre and post dates of the Conference.
