The annual two day Special Education Leaders' Conference will be held on Thursday, 26th August and Friday, 27th August 2010 at the Sebel Hotel in Parramatta.
In keeping with the celebration of Governor Macquarie's leadership and vision for Australia's future, our conference is titled Leading with CONVICTion. This theme builds on meeting the diverse needs of students through high expectations, strong leadership, rich pedagogy, effective classroom technology and exemplary welfare programs. The strands of the conference workshops align with the DET Office of Schools Plan.
The conference has been developed to support leaders of students with special education needs in both regular and special education settings.
