The registration desk will be situated outside of the main ballroom in the pre-conference area at the Crowne Plaza Pelican Waters. The conference registration desk will be open for the duration of the Conference, however we ask that delegates register when they arrive in the morning. Please see below for daily registration times.

If you have special dietary requirements, you can provide this information on the delegate registration form.
Please note that the dietary requirement field should only be used by those individuals that are allergic to a particular food or additive. This field is not to be used for food and beverage preferences i.e low fat, no grilled food or otherwise.
If you require disability specific facilities, please notify the organisers by indicating your requirements on the registration form.
A tax invoice will be forwarded upon receipt of registration. All cheques are to be made payable to and forwarded to GEMS Pty Limited, PO Box 1221 , BURWOOD NSW1805, by no later than Wednesday, 21st April 2010.
Payment for registration will be accepted by personal cheque, company cheque, VISA, Mastercard and AMEX. For direct debit details, please refer to your invoice once received. Please note all credit card payments will incur a 3.2% processing fee.
Cancellations received in writing by the Conference Organisers by Wednesday, 31st March 2010 will be accepted and all fees refunded less an AUD$110 administration fee. Cancellations received after this date cannot be accepted and will not be refunded; however, transfer of your registration to another person is acceptable. The full name and address details of the new delegate must be advised in writing to the Conference Organisers prior to the Conference. No refunds will be made for non-attendance at the conference.
