Trade Exhibition Opportunities

The Trade Exhibition will give all exhibitors the chance to network with a targeted group of stormwater professionals. It is here that you can promote your organisation to potential customers, further develop relationships with existing customers and showcase your products and services to key decision makers. The exhibition will be held in the pre conference area of the Crowne Plaza Pelican Waters. The exhibitors will have access to conference delegates throughout morning tea and afternoon tea on the Thursday, 29th and Friday, 30th.

Single Stand - 2.4m x 1.8 m $1400 (Incl. GST)

Your Exhibition package will include:

• A single sized exhibition booth (2.4m x 1.8m)
• Two spotlights & one power point
• Company name on fascia board
• One table and one chair
• One conference registration per exhibition stand which includes Welcome Cocktail Party (Wednesday
  night) and Conference Dinner (Thursday night)

Cancellation: Cancellations received prior to Friday, 19th March 2010 will incur a $200 administration fee. No refunds will be made after Friday, 19th March 2010.
