Discounted accommodation rates have been negotiated with the Crowne Plaza Pelican Waters for delegates attending the 2010 SIAQ State Conference.

In order to quality for these rates, delegates need to contact the hotel directly and indicate that you are attending the 2010 SIAQ State Conference when making your reservation.

Accommodation Types and Rates

• Studio/One Bedroom Suite for one guest including one (1) breakfast - $157
• Studio/One Bedroom Suite for two guest including two (2) breakfasts - $157

*Rates are inclusive of GST and are based on single or double occupancy. An additional charge applies for a 3rd person, and the maximum occupancy for any room is 3 people. Please note that these rates may be extended pre and post the Conference dates at the discretion of the hotel and subject to availability only.

Studio Room - Sleeping configuration is mostly 2 x Queen Beds with some rooms offering 1 x Queen Bed and a Sofa Bed.

Suites - One bedroom suites are ideal for those wanting a little more indulgence and privacy. All rooms have a spacious living area with sofa, desk and chair and a separate bedroom. Suites also feature a kitchenette

Parking

Complimentary parking at the hotel is available to all conference delegates.

Cancellations

Accommodation cancellations will be accepted up to 72 hours before your check-in date. If you cancel with 72 of your your check-in date, you will be charged the full fee of your booking.
